New recordings engineered and produced by Steven W Ross are scheduled to be released in September of 2008! Far From Home, Too Late, Holding On, Brick Wall and Leave The Light One will be the first 5 tracks. Several other songs are in the works for a full length CD to be released in the future. Special guest artists include Ross Rice on piano, Katie Fuerst on background vocals, Paul Rossman on percussion, Larry Packer on violin and mandolin, Eric Wagner on drums and Steven W Ross on bass. Look for the new cuts on the Erin Hobson website as well as itunes.

Starting November 11th, Erin has a steady gig every Saturday at the Stewart House in Athens, NY from 8:30 to 11pm! Located on the Hudson river, across from the city of Hudson, The Stewart House is famous for its amazing food and quaint ambience. If you have ever seen the movie "Ironweed" with Meryl Streep or "War Of The Worlds" with Tom Cruise, then you have seen the Stewart House. Both movies were filmed there in the quiet town of Athens, NY. It is a great place to visit for food, drinks, music and lodging.

A reminder that Erin will be playing Caffe Vivaldi in NYC on Tuesday, Oct. 17th!!! 7:30 to 9 PM. No cover, just a really fun show. Come on out and show your support!
